There is no easy fix to their problems and I enjoyed reading how they attempted to solve their problems and find their way back into each others arms. The relationship between Corvus and Jehenne is far from perfect, and I love how Emma adds that reality to their paranormal romance. The dashing Corin who seems to be quite, uh, intimate with Jehenne's family, the angel, Sariel, the dark and mysterious man of Jehenne's dreams who manages to send chills down my spine with every scene he is written into, and of course, the vampire of my dreams - Corvus. Instead, her troubles seem to multiply with everyone wanting something from her. 'The Heart of Arima draws us deeper into Emma Leech's magical Les Corbeaux and things certainly don't easier for our poor heroine Jehenne. In fact my only complaint was seeing 'The End' ' Kim Brown Its true magic really does lie within its pages. Then there are books that you will read and fall in love with.The Heart of Arima is one such book. I adore all the characters and I defy any woman not to fall for Corvus and Corin. This story is told with such beautiful imagery that each page you turn the more you feel you are truly there. 'The Heart of Arima swept me up into a fantastical bubble and I was taken to a magical place of mystery, intrigue, passion and darkness where I had vampires, witches, fairies and an adorable ghoul for company.
